Those dreams have allowed us to grow from a boutique micro-roastery in North Melbourne to a state-of-the-art roasting facility in Airport West, followed by a seaside store in South Fremantle and then to our New store in Athens, Greece.

Our Headquarters, Situated in the industrial area of Airport West, our newest café and dedicated roastery is reinventing the coffee experience entirely. Our Airport West location acts as a showroom to demonstrate to our customers and wholesale clients exactly what our business represents, from the high-end customer service to the roastery only a touch away behind the glass, our green bean range and all the different ways we value add. We encourage our customers to visit and see the full scale of operations and the machinery involved in bringing their cup of coffee to life.

Athens
Located in the Neos Kosmos neighbourhood in Athens, our newest café and roastery is a place where passion meets tradition. We’ve long dreamed of returning to our Greek roots, creating a space where customers can immerse themselves in our philosophy of specialty coffee and engage with it in new ways. Although it’s our latest addition, we’ve captured the familiar spirit of Marshall Road—the comforting hum of the roastery, the joyful laughter, and the clinking of the kitchen bell as meals are expertly prepared. Our goal is to offer an unparalleled experience, just as we do in North Melbourne, South Fremantle, and Airport West. Bringing the essence of Australian brunch culture to Athens and in partnership with the two-time Hellenic Barista Champion, Roasting Warehouse Athens is exactly what we envisioned. Open from 7am to 10pm, it’s the perfect spot to kickstart your day or wind it down with a cocktail and Relaxing dinner.
